Set in a village bakery as the shop closes after a busy Saturday. Cathy, the owner, hosts an impromptu dinner party for her teenage sales assistant Mary, and her pregnant friend Jo - to encourage Mary's cooking talent. The three women share their hopes and fears as the evening progresses. Confessions lead to Cathy's revelation of a painful secret from her past. A touching comic drama.
